This role involves managing end-to-end delivery of complex digital solutions, coordinating globally distributed teams, and ensuring successful execution across agile delivery models. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into a clear solution vision and high-level architecture. * Lead design, implementation, and integration activities within large, complex agile programs. * Manage and coordinate globally distributed teams, including development, integration, and QA resources. * Oversee planning, execution, and delivery to ensure project objectives are met. * Provide guidance on best practices for leveraging Digital Experience Platforms. * Apply strong program and project management expertise across multiple delivery methodologies. * Take full accountability for solution delivery, including scope, timeline, and quality. * Proactively identify risks and issues, escalating and resolving them in collaboration with leadership. ### **Required Skills & Experience** * Strong experience managing digital or interactive projects in an agile environment. * Deep understanding of Digital Experience Platforms and enterprise-scale implementations. * Proven ability to lead cross-functional and geographically distributed teams. * Expertise in program management and various delivery methodologies. * Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to anticipate challenges and drive solutions in complex delivery environments. ​ Originally posted on [Himalayas](https://himalayas.app)
