About the role ============== Job Summary The role is responsible for managing technical projects or processes independently with limited supervision. The role includes solving complex problems through investigation and analysis. **Job Responsibilities** * Manage technical projects from initiation to completion. * Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets. * Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies. * Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. * Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. **Qualifications** * Typically a University degree and at least of 5–7 years of relevant experiencee. * Strong project management and engineering skills. * Proficiency in technical documentation and reporting. * Effective communication and leadership abilities. * Experience in cross-functional collaboration. * Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
