Ltd. (a Volkswagen Group company) is looking for a seasoned Automotive Software Development Engineering Manager to lead EV Energy and Charging Software development. The role combines deep technical ownership with people and program management responsibilities, overseeing 10–30 engineers and ensuring high‑quality, production‑ready software delivery for global Volkswagen Group OEM platforms. ### Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership & Ownership: \- Lead EV Energy and Charging software architecture (High voltage Energy & power management, Charging System functions). \- Act as technical escalation point. Program & Delivery Management: \- Own end-to-end delivery from India. \- Manage resources, milestones, and global coordination. People Management: \- Lead and develop 10–30 engineers. \- Drive performance management, coaching, and hiring. Process, Quality & Compliance: \- Ensure compliance with ASPICE, ISO 26262, and ISO 21434. \- Drive Agile / SAFe execution. ### Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Electrical/Electronics, or Automotive Engineering. Experience: 10 –14 years total experience with 4+ years in people management. ### Technical Skills Embedded C/C++, MATLAB Simulink, AUTOSAR, RTOS, CAN/LIN/Ethernet.
