Project Manager, Salesforce or Workday experience1 **Key Responsibilities** * Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects supporting HR (Workday), Sales (Salesforce), and Marketing initiatives * Partner with business stakeholders to understand project goals, requirements, scope, timelines, and success criteria * Plan and present projects strategically - go behind "tracking the tasks" * Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management plans * Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, vendors, and business partners to execute project deliverables * Proactively identify, manage, and remove project roadblocks, risks, and dependencies * Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget * Facilitate project governance, status reporting, and executive updates * Manage change requests and ensure proper communication and stakeholder alignment * Ensure adherence to IT standards, security requirements, and compliance policies * Drive continuous improvement in project management practices and delivery outcomes **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field * 5+ years of experience managing IT projects in an enterprise environment, including at least 3 successful projects * Experience supporting business systems for HR, Sales, or Marketing * Experience with implementations of either Salesforce, or Workday, or both. * Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid) * Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously * Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skill **Preferred Qualifications** * PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred * Experience working with third-party vendors and system integrators **Key Competencies** * Strong ownership and accountability mindset * Results-oriented with a focus on delivery and quality * Ability to translate business needs into executable project plans * Skilled at stakeholder management and executive communication
