Project Manager

**Purpose** * Lead and manage Facilities Management (FM) projects, including feasibility studies, A&A works, upgrading, maintenance, and site supervision, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual, client, and statutory requirements. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead FM projects from planning through completion. * Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, quality, and resource allocation. * Oversee contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely and quality project delivery. * Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. * Ensure compliance with WSH, statutory regulations, and contractual obligations. * Prepare project reports, budgets, and project documentation. **Requirement** * Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services, or a related discipline with **at least three (3) years'** relevant post-graduate experience; **or** * Diploma in a related discipline with **at least five (5) years'** relevant experience. * Experience in Facilities Management, A&A works, building maintenance, asset replacement, or project management is preferred.
