This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to the action. You'll spend time on-site, solving problems, coordinating stakeholders, and keeping projects moving forward. While a technical mindset is important, we're really looking for someone who thrives on communication, building relationships, and finding solutions when challenges arise.
### What You'll Be Doing
* Managing the end-to-end delivery of operating theatre and healthcare infrastructure projects
* Coordinating contractors, hospital stakeholders, internal teams, and suppliers
* Supporting installation activities and being present on-site throughout key project phases
* Monitoring timelines, budgets, risks, and project milestones
* Identifying issues early and developing practical solutions to keep projects on track
* Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with regulatory and site requirements
* Providing regular updates and clear communication to customers and internal stakeholders
* Building trusted relationships that create a positive project experience for everyone involved
### Who We're Looking For
You'll bring a strong project mindset and the ability to confidently navigate complex environments.
You'll be successful if you have:
* Experience managing installation, construction, technical, infrastructure, or capital equipment projects
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* A practical, solutions-focused approach to problem solving
* The ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
* Confidence working on-site and coordinating a range of trades, contractors, and project stakeholders
* A technical aptitude and willingness to get involved when required
* A collaborative style and genuine enjoyment of working within a close-knit team
