Work Flexibility: Hybrid or Onsite **What you'll do:** =================== * Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of DevOps and engineering programs. Confirm priorities, rebalance capacity, review demand vs supply, retire low value work, align quarterly objectives. * Manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies to ensure predictable delivery. * Partner with Business Units, Engineering, Product, Security, and Infrastructure teams to drive alignment and execution. * Act as the primary interface between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and transparency. * Drive Agile delivery by facilitating sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and continuous delivery practices. * Monitor delivery health through metrics, dashboards, and executive status reporting. * Identify and remove delivery roadblocks while proactively managing cross-functional dependencies. * Champion continuous improvement by standardizing project management practices and enhancing delivery maturity. **What you need:** ================== **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * 7- 11 years of Project or Program Management experience in software engineering organizations. * Prior hands-on software development experience with exposure to DevOps principles, agile/scrum methodologies and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). * Proven experience leading cross-functional technology programs from planning through execution &  hands-on experience with project management tools such as Microsoft project plan, Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience supporting DevOps, CI/CD, or cloud transformation initiatives. * Exposure to security and compliance programs, including SOC 2 and ISO 27001. * Professional certifications such as PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), SAFe, or equivalent. * Experience working with distributed global teams in a fast-paced Agile environment. Travel Percentage: 20%
