To find out more visit our website at **[www.msssecurity.com.au](http://www.msssecurity.com.au/).** **About the role** MSS Security is seeking a Project Security Officer who holds a current **Negative Vetting 1 Clearance** to join our team at a high-profile data centre in Melbourne. **Duties include but are not limited to:** * Ensure all visitors and contractors remain within authorised areas and maintain line of sight. * Verify and confirm visitor identification prior to granting access to secure areas and maintain visitor logs. * Challenge and report any unauthorised persons, suspicious behaviour or security breaches in accordance with site procedures. * Monitor compliance with security policies and standards. * Coordinate security audits and maintain compliance registers and audit evidence. * Conduct online meetings with the National Account Manager, the customer and stakeholders. **Requirements:** * Must be an **Australian Citizen** and hold an **NV1 Clearance**. * Valid Victorian Security Licence. * Valid Victorian Drivers Licence. * White Card (or willing to obtain). * Valid First Aid & CPR Certificates (or willing to obtain). * Availability to work Monday to Saturday. * Prior experience working on data centre projects, with a strong understanding of data centre security. **Master Licence Number:** 409-987-30S **How to apply** ---------------- MSS Security is an Equal Opportunity Employer, valuing the unique backgrounds, experiences, and contributions of each person We encourage and celebrate diversity.
