We take our work personally, we do it with empathy and we're committed to making a difference. **Job Summary** --------------- We are seeking a detail-oriented **Project Specialist** to support project planning, execution, reporting, and financial tracking activities. The ideal candidate will work closely with Project Leads and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery, accurate documentation, timely reporting, and effective project coordination. Key Responsibilities * Support project setup, planning, scheduling, and resource management activities. * Maintain project plans, schedules, trackers, and project documentation. * Prepare project reports, dashboards, and meeting materials. * Coordinate project meetings, distribute agendas, capture minutes, and track action items. * Monitor project progress and highlight risks or issues to stakeholders. * Assist with project financial tracking, timesheet reviews, and invoice processing. * Ensure proper document management, project closeout, and archival activities. Required Skills * Strong organizational and coordination skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication in English. * Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a team environment. * Basic understanding of project management principles and financial tracking. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in a Science-related field. * 2-4 years of project coordination/project support experience preferred. * PMP or equivalent certification is an added advantage. **Shift**\- 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm
