We invest in your development, offer unlimited earning potential, and give you a clear path for both personal and professional growth. **Location:** Hillsboro, OR (on-site) **Schedule:** Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM **Pay:** $22.00 – $24.00 per hour ### **What You'll Do:** As a Project Auditor, you’ll play a key role in keeping our projects on track, on time, and up to DaBella’s high-quality standards. You’ll manage project details across various product lines and markets, helping us stay efficient, accurate, and customer-focused every step of the way. ### **Responsibilities:** * Collaborate daily with vendors, subcontractors, and sales teams to drive multiple projects forward * Ensure job deadlines, logistics, and quality expectations are consistently met * Coordinate accurate and timely product orders to hit monthly install goals * Partner with Office Managers and Installers to resolve challenges quickly and effectively * Review contracts and create Material & Labor ATPs for accurate ordering * Audit client contracts for accuracy and scope alignment while proactively managing timelines to ensure on-time completion and smooth installations. * Track project progress through the full life-cycle using our customer service database * Manage contractor back charges and commission adjustments as project changes occur ### **What You Bring:** * Effective leadership and communication skills to influence across teams * Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with frequent multitasking * Tech-savvy and confident navigating Microsoft Office and digital platform **What We Bring:** * Onsite Training / Cross Product Training * Leadership Development opportunities **At DaBella, we don’t just build projects—we build people.
