**Job Description:** **Department Overview** The Area Business Promotion Department is responsible for creating customer touchpoints in real channels and driving business growth, with a core focus on operating Rakuten Mobile shops. Our shops serve as the "frontline of customer interaction," providing cross-sectional services from the Rakuten Group such as telecommunications, finance, and e-commerce and playing a vital role in supporting the brand experience. We are a department that promotes key measures and operational reforms in the retail business on a project basis, enhancing the execution capability of our strategy. In this position, you will serve as a project leader, responsible for driving results based on business strategy while engaging relevant departments. **Position** **Why We Hire** With the expansion of the Rakuten Mobile shop business, there is an increasing number of projects that require cross-departmental collaboration, including the introduction of new measures, operational reforms, and system development. To ensure that business strategies are reliably executed on-site and yield results with speed, we are seeking a professional who can proactively drive projects by engaging relevant departments and shop staff. **Position Details** This position involves leading key measures and operational reform projects within the Rakuten Mobile shop business, managing everything from planning and execution to achieving results in collaboration with relevant departments. \- Project management for various retail business initiatives (introduction of new measures, operational improvements, system implementations, etc.) \- Driving projects while managing schedule, quality, and cost through coordination with relevant departments and on-site staff. \- Leading the process from root-cause identification to resolution when issues arise, with a commitment to creating a positive impact on the business. **Work Environment** You will be part of a 5-person team, including a manager, in an environment where each individual can demonstrate leadership in their respective projects. **Mandatory Qualifications:** \- Practical experience in project promotion, business planning, operational improvement, sales planning, or business development at an operating company. \- Experience in proactively driving initiatives or projects while engaging multiple departments and on-site staff. \- Experience in successfully completing projects while managing schedules, issues, and progress. \- Experience in handling the entire process of issue resolution, from analyzing root causes and considering response policies to coordinating with stakeholders and executing solutions. \- Practical experience in creating presentations (PowerPoint), organizing data (Excel), and reporting. \- TOEIC score of 600 or higher **Desired Qualifications:** \- Experience in operational improvement, DX promotion, or cross-departmental project management. \- Ability to conduct meetings and communicate smoothly in English.
