### This is a remote position. ### **Psychiatrist Pod Lead (Remote – Full-Time)** **Location:**Remote (U.S.) **Schedule:**Full-Time | 40 hours/week (approx. 30 hrs patient care) **Employment Type:**W-2 **Reports To:**Executive Medical Director ### **Overview** We’re expanding our behavioral health team and seeking a**Board-Certified Psychiatrist**for the role of**Psychiatrist Pod Lead**. This position combines**direct telepsychiatry care**with**clinical leadership**, overseeing a team of psychiatric nurse practitioners within a collaborative care model. You’ll provide expert psychiatric treatment for adults and older adults with**serious mental illness (SMI), substance use disorders (SUD), and dementia**, while mentoring a high-performing, multidisciplinary team. This is a**fully remote role**—we provide all equipment and administrative support to ensure seamless virtual practice. > Applicants must be**board-certified practicing psychiatrists**.
