**Czym będziesz się zajmować?** We are looking for support of Senior Software Engineer specializing in Python and routing algorithms. The specialist will be responsible for supporting the design and scaling of high-throughput services that power our first and last-mile operations. By leveraging network analysis and spatial optimization, the specialist will assist in building the next generation and directly enhancing our logistics efficiency. **Tech Stack**: We are bypassing traditional, legacy GIS software in favor of cloud-native Python architectures, Big Data solutions, and modern routing APIs (e.g., Google, HERE, open-source routing engines). **Current Technology Stack used in Project:** * Backend & Routing: Python, Microservices, Open-source & Commercial Routing Engines. * Data & Cloud: Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Dataflow, Composer/Airflow), SQL. * Infrastructure: Kubernetes,Terraform, CI/CD pipelines. **Kogo poszukujemy?** Engineer engaged to deliver this order should: * Have at least 4 years of commercial experience in backend software development using Python and SQL. * Possess experience or a strong understanding of the logistics domain, network analysis, and routing (e.g., graph theory, road network modeling, Vehicle Routing Problems) * Have experience with geospatial data concepts applied via code (e.g., H3/spatial indexing, clustering algorithms, PostGIS). * Be familiar with cloud ecosystems (Google Cloud Platform preferred) and modern infrastructure tools (Kubernetes, Terraform, Airflow). * Advocate for engineering excellence, including clean code, TDD, CI/CD, and a strong commitment to rigorous code reviews to maintain team architectural stability. * Know how to design and scale a microservices-based architecture. * Knowledge of Polish (native level), English (B2+ level) * Have a positive attitude, excellent teamwork skills, and a higher technical education (Computer Science or related fields). * Availability to work from the Warsaw office once per month **Czego wymagamy?** 5 lat doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku Znajomości: * SQL * Python * routing Mile widziane: * GCP * Azure * AWS Języki: * Polski * Angielski **Jakie warunki i benefity otrzymasz?** * 23.5k–28.6k PLN netto/m (B2B) * B2B - Elastyczne godziny pracy (100%) * Praca zdalna: W całości * Pakiet medyczny, Pakiet sportowy **Kim jesteśmy?** speedapp to innowacyjna, rozwijająca się organizacja ekspertów w dziedzinie IT i rynku pracy.
