QA Analyst

**Job Description:** We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer with a strong background in both automation and manual testing, particularly using Selenium with Java or C#. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and detail-oriented professional with a keen eye for identifying software defects and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products. This role supports a hybrid work model, offering flexibility to work both in the office and remotely. **Key Responsibilities:** **1\. Test Automation:** Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium with Java or C# to ensure the quality and reliability of web applications. **2\. Manual Testing:** Conduct thorough manual testing, including functional, regression, and exploratory testing, to identify defects and verify software functionality. **3\. Test Planning:** Create comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements and design specifications. **4\. Azure Integration:** Leverage knowledge of Azure and Azure DevOps to integrate testing activities into the development and release pipeline. **5\. Defect Management:** Document and track defects, working closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution. **6\. Performance Testing:** Conduct performance and load testing as required to assess application scalability. **7\. Continuous Improvement:** Identify opportunities to improve testing processes and methodologies and contribute to a culture of quality excellence. **8\. Collaboration:** Collaborate with development teams to ensure early testing integration and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product quality. **9\. Reporting:** Provide clear and concise test reports, highlighting test results, defects, and progress to project stakeholders. **10\. Documentation:** Maintain up-to-date test documentation, including test cases, test plans, and automation scripts. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/MCA or a related field. * 4 to 10 years of QA experience, with a strong focus on both manual and automation testing. * Proficiency in test automation using Selenium with Java or C#. * Experience with Playwright  & TypeScript * Experience in API testing using Postman, REST Assured, Karate API automation tool, or using similar tools * Experience with GitHub * Strong knowledge of Azure and Azure DevOps for test management. * Experience working with Agile teams. * Experience with hybrid work arrangements. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication and collaboration abilities. * Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. * Certifications related to testing and quality assurance are a plus.
