We currently have an opportunity for a **Quality Assurance (QA) Lab Technician** at our **Carrington, ND** durum milling and pasta production facility, where we produce Dakota Growers pasta.  **Responsibilities:**  * Test samples to ensure product quality, safety, and specification compliance  * Audit production and packaging for accuracy in shapes, specifications, storage, packaging, labeling and coding   * Identify and manage non-conforming products and food safety hazards, ensuring issues are investigated and recommending solutions  * Maintain records, documentation, and retention samples  * Proactively identify and execute on continuous improvement opportunities  **Qualifications:**  * High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution   * Able to work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed  * Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)  **Preferred Qualifications:**  * Bachelor’s degree in food related field (Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry, etc.)  * Experience in quality assurance testing  **Physical Requirements:**   Qualified candidates must be able to perform the following physical job requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation:  * Crouch, kneel, stoop, reach above shoulders, bend, balance, climb, work on ladder, push, pull, grasp, feel, perform fine manipulation, lift/carry (up to 50 pounds), sit, stand and walk for extended periods  * Work in dusty, high heat/humidity environment   * Communicate verbally and in writing, and distinguish objects or equipment visually  * Work 12-hour shifts  **Shift:** 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am **Schedule:** Rotating Days **Starting Pay:** $21.50/hr Interested candidates should click the Apply icon to apply online by 11/20/2026.
