QA Officer

**Job Description Summary :** Responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and ensuring that operational, research, production, and service activities comply with the quality management system and organizational objectives, while supporting continuous improvement and operational efficiency. **Job Description :** * Analyze and review research, production, services and services, against the quality objectives of ISO 9001: 2008 in monthly reports and annual reports. * Analyze and report data related to departmental operations on a regular basis. * Observe the operational management system on a regular basis and advise the Department Head on corrective action, prevention or development for the activities for which it is responsible. * Coordination of conformity (calibration and verification) tools and minimum stock of research materials in accordance with the planned budget. **Job Requirements:** * Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), or quality management systems, preferably in manufacturing, research, or service environments. * Strong understanding of quality management systems, particularly **ISO 9001** standards. * Familiar with calibration, verification processes, and quality control tools. * Experience in data analysis, reporting, and monitoring operational performance. * Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work cross-functionally. * Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) for data analysis and reporting. * Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently. **"Our company has never levied any fees for the recruitment process nor has it required to order tickets and accommodation through a certain travel agent or certain person"**
