QA Qc Assistance

**Job Description Summary :** Maintain and monitoring the workshop operation at selected unit transport in order to achieve targeted truck fleet available requirement for estate, mill and bulking requirement. **Job Description :** * Ensure each stage of the QA/QC process complies with established standards and conduct periodic reviews to maintain consistency. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * Initiate, develop, and update QA/QC procedures to adapt to technological advancements and industry requirements. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * Conduct regular internal audits to evaluate compliance and the effectiveness of procedures. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * Analyze quality data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for system improvement. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ * Design periodic training programs to enhance team awareness and skills related to quality standards. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * Collaborate with other departments to implement solutions that improve quality and efficiency. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Job requirements :** * Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. * Strong understanding of RCA, CAPA, GMP, GWP, and quality management systems. * Experience: Minimum 5 years in QA/QC within Manufacturing, Fabrication, or Services, with a proven track record in system improvement initiatives. * Analytical & Communication Skills: Strong data analysis skills and effective communication abilities to motivate the team. * Willing to be assigned to any company work location. **"Our company has never levied any fees for the recruitment process nor has it required to order tickets and accommodation through a certain travel agent or certain person"**
