QA Qc Assistance

**Job Description Summary:** Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) policies, procedures, and systems **Job Description:** * Ensure all QA/QC process stages comply with established standards. * Conduct periodic reviews and evaluations to maintain process consistency and effectiveness. * Initiate, develop, and update QA/QC procedures to adapt to technological advancements and industry requirements. * Encourage team input to improve efficiency and effectiveness of procedures. * Perform routine internal audits to evaluate compliance and procedural effectiveness. * Analyze quality data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for continuous system improvement. * Design and implement periodic training programs to enhance team awareness and competence regarding quality standards. * Collaborate with other departments to implement solutions that improve quality and operational efficiency. **Job Requirement:** * Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. * Strong understanding of RCA, CAPA, GMP, GWP, and Quality Management Systems. * Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC within Manufacturing, Fabrication, or Services industries, with a proven track record in system improvement initiatives. * Strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities to motivate and lead teams. * Willing to be assigned to all company work locations. * Employment Status: Permanent. **"Our company has never levied any fees for the recruitment process, nor is it required to order tickets and accommodation through a specific travel agent or person."**
