**What You'll Be Doing**
* Perform quality control testing and sampling of raw materials, aggregates, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
* Monitor production processes and communicate results to support operational efficiency and product quality.
* Accurately document, analyze, and report test data in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
* Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory testing equipment to ensure reliable results.
* Collaborate with operations teams to identify quality concerns and recommend corrective actions.
**What Are We Looking For**
* Knowledge of quality control principles, laboratory testing procedures, and data collection practices.
* Ability to interpret specifications, analyze results, and make sound recommendations based on findings.
* Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy, consistency, and safety.
* Effective communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work across departments.
* Proficiency using computer applications, testing equipment, and recordkeeping systems.
**Conditions of Employment**
* Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
* Must be authorized to work in the United States and comply with all applicable company policies and safety requirements.
**Work Environment**
* Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
