**Job Description** **主要职责Principal accountabilities/Main tasks****:** 1\. 确保从进料到出货阶段的所有产品能够符合客户标准和要求； Ensure that all products from the feeding to the shipping stage meet customer standards and requirements. 2\. 监控过程检验稳定性及异常反馈改善跟踪； Monitoring process inspection stability and abnormal feedback improvement tracking. 3\. 指出不合格和HOLD住下一制程的产品并追踪每一个区域的状况（包括HSF有害物质不合格）； Identify non-conforming and HOLD products for the next process and track the status of each area (including HSF hazardous substance non-conforming). 4\. 产品出现批量不良时，IPQC有权对所负责区域的产品进行停线； When there is a batch of defective products, IPQC has the right to stop the production of products in the responsible area. 5\. NPI样品检验跟踪； NPI sample inspection tracking； 6\. 内部检验记录和文件按要求归档 Internal inspection records and documents shall be archived as required. 7\. 客户对成品有XRF检测要求时，FQC收集产品递交IQC ； When customers have XRF testing requirements for finished products, FQC collects products and submits them to IQC. 8\. 5S现场管理； 5S on-site management. 9\. 检验异常处理； Abnormal handling during inspection. 10\. 改善现场检验质量工作； Improve on-site inspection quality work. 11\. 提供合理化建议关于改善生产质量控制流程 Provide reasonable suggestions on improving the detection rate of appearance abnormalities 12\. 改善质量服务工作 Improve quality service work 13\. 改善在线质量控制人员的工作质量； Improve the work Quality of online quality control personnel 14\. 与生产部人员的协作，共同改善产品质量； Collaborate with production department personnel to jointly improve product quality. 15\. 与本部门人员的协作，时刻沟通质量问题，共同改善产品质量； Collaborate with personnel in our department, constantly communicate quality issues, and work together to improve product quality 16\. 完成质量工程师分配的其他工作； Complete other tasks assigned by the quality engineer. **All Job Posting Locations** Wuxi **Remote Type** On-Site **EEO Statement** Boyd Corp is an equal opportunity employer.
