Responsible for HSE-related activities in the lab, including monitoring actions from safety risk report (SRR), gemba, and other activities according to HSE requirements_._ **KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES** * Plan calibration schedules, monitor, and carry out periodic equipment calibration * Troubleshoot technical issues related to QC equipment * Plan maintenance, monitor, and coordinate with suppliers to perform equipment maintenance * Manage consumables for equipment and plan purchases to ensure replacements when damaged * Create protocols and perform qualification for new and periodic equipment including IQ/OQ/PQ and CSV if applicable * Create and modify analytical methods on equipment as required * Conduct user reviews and periodic calibration results as needed * Perform data backup and recovery for equipment as required * Conduct assessments and requirements related to data integrity of laboratory equipment * Follow up on actions related to lab safety issues from SRR, gemba, etc. * Manage 5S activities in the laboratory * Perform tasks according to GLP/GMP requirements as assigned by site QC Lead and report monthly on the tasks * Support the QC manager on-the-job training for new employees. * Strictly follow standard operating procedures and factory regulations. *  Participate in HSE activities as required by the company. **Education:** Bachelor/ Chemical Engineer or University Pharmacist **Related experience:** At least 1 years in management of QC lab equipment _**Why us?**_ At Opella, you will enjoy doing challenging, purposeful work, empowered to develop consumer brands with passion and creativity.
