Review Bengali-language content to ensure compliance with client and platform standards & practices (S&P) guidelines. 2\. Create, edit, and synchronize Bengali subtitles and closed captions with high accuracy. 3\. Perform quality checks (QC) on subtitles, captions, and localized content for linguistic and technical accuracy. 4\. Transcribe Bengali audio content while maintaining context, tone, and meaning. 5\. Verify subtitle timing, formatting, and audio-text synchronization. 6\. Identify and flag content that does not meet quality, compliance, or platform standards. 7\. Ensure correct Bengali grammar, spelling, punctuation, and contextual accuracy across all deliverables. 8\. Research terminology, names, cultural references, and translations to maintain consistency and quality. 9\. Follow client-specific workflows, style guides, and quality standards. 10\. Meet daily productivity, quality, and turnaround time (TAT) targets. 11\. Collaborate with project managers and internal teams to resolve language and content-related queries. 12\. Communicate content, technical, or quality issues proactively and recommend corrective actions where required. 13\. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while handling high volumes of digital content. 14\. Native or near-native proficiency in Bengali with excellent reading, writing, and comprehension skills. 3\. Strong command of English, including grammar, comprehension, and written communication. 4\. Experience reviewing Bengali subtitles, localized content, and dubbed audio for linguistic and technical quality. 5\. Strong understanding of subtitle quality control, dubbing QC, and localization workflows. 6\. Familiarity with subtitle formats and tools such as SRT, STL, and other industry-standard subtitling software. 7\. Knowledge of client-specific style guides, glossaries, terminology, and OTT/broadcast quality standards. 8\. Ability to provide clear, structured, and actionable quality feedback to translators, editors, and dubbing teams. 9\. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. 10\. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting quality benchmarks and turnaround timelines. 11\.
