Drive key performance indicators (Sales, ATV, UPT, Conversion, ASP, etc.). Identify opportunities to improve store profitability. Execute promotional campaigns and business initiatives.Customer Experience Deliver exceptional customer service. Handle customer concerns and escalations effectively. Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.Team Management Recruit, train, coach, and develop store employees. Conduct daily briefings and performance reviews. Prepare staff rosters and manage attendance. Build a motivated and high-performing team.Store Operations Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations. Maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising, and display standards. Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment. Ensure compliance with SOPs and company policies.Inventory & Loss Prevention Monitor inventory accuracy. Reduce shrinkage and stock loss. Conduct stock audits and cycle counts. Ensure proper handling of damaged and expired products.Cash & Compliance Ensure accurate cash handling and banking. Verify daily sales reports and cash reconciliation. Maintain statutory and company compliance. Ensure health, safety, and security standards are followed.Reporting Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports. Analyze store performance and recommend improvements. Share operational updates with the reporting manager.Key Skills Leadership and team management Sales and target orientation Customer relationship management Communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and decision-making Inventory and operations management Time management MS Excel and retail POS systemsQualification Bachelor's Degree (preferred). Graduate in any discipline.Experience 36 years of experience in retail operations. Minimum 12 years in a supervisory or Store Manager role. Experience in Fashion, Lifestyle, FMCG, Grocery, or Supermarket retail is preferred.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Sales Achievement Conversion Rate Average Transaction Value (ATV) Units Per Transaction (UPT) Shrinkage Control Inventory Accuracy Customer Satisfaction Team Productivity Store Audit Score Employee RetentionWorking Conditions Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
