### Quality Assurance Associate ### Location: Remote – US Only Salary: $16.00 - $17.00/hr. DOE, plus benefits - which may be below your state's minimum wage. Please take this into consideration when applying Schedule: 8:00 am - 5:00pm (MST), Monday – Friday ### About the Quality Assurance Associate I role The individual who fills this position will be responsible for completing internal audit reviews for Quality Assurance. Analyze, and conducting internal audits of department performance. Supporting functions that enable the effective and efficient delivery of services and products. ### Responsibilities/Duties ### Analyze work produced for errors. Monitors transactions to ensure compliance against performance standards. Partners with team peers, collaborating on areas of opportunity that have been identified. Interacts with work leaders, supervisors and managers. Detects, analyzes and reports fraudulent activities. ### Other duties as assigned. ### Job Requirements: ### High school diploma or GED equivalent.
