Job Summary ----------- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Sr Q******u**ality Engineer** located in **Bukit Minyak, Penang**. This role will be responsible for develop Quality Plan and QA documentation to ensure all processes are followed and complied. **What a typical day looks like:** * Able to develop Quality Plan and QA documentation to ensure all processes are followed and complied. * Ensure quality compliance in execution of New Product Introduction ( NPI ) products * Conduct process and product audits to ensure compliance to product and customer standards. * Able to work on increasing the inspection effectiveness of QA Executive and Inspectors. * Drive the production and engineering team towards achieving desired product yields and overall End to End ( ETE) yields. * Ability to use statistical data to analyze quality data and drive for improvement plans towards zero defect. * Ability to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines. **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * At least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field with a minimum of 4 to 6 years of working experiences. * Candidate must have good knowledge in SMT processes and ISO 9001 QMS requirements. * Candidate possesses good communication skills and well verse with problem solving methodologies including 5 Whys and 8D reporting. * Candidate must be able to lead and drive execution at production shopfloor for operational improvement and excellence. **What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:** * Medical benefits, dental, vision * Life Insurance * Paid Time Off * Performance Bonus KJ19 #LI-KK1 Job Category ------------ Quality Required Skills: Optional Skills: Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
