Job Summary ----------- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Quality Engineer** located in Guadalajara, **North Campus.** Reporting to the **Quality Director** the **Quality Engineer** is responsible for ensuring the quality in place and in use as well as customer requirements. Promote and coordinate continuous improvement activities, 8Ds, FMEA / QCP, iSO9000, statistical process control, Six Sigma. **What a typical day looks like:** * Initiates corrective action requests as needed and tracks to satisfactory completion. * Assists with development and implementation of quality audits. * Responsible for developing, applying, revising, and maintaining quality standards for processing materials into partially finished or finished products. * Analyzes reports and returned products and recommends corrective action. * Approves product, process, and equipment qualifications. * Will be in charge of a sustaining process. * Meetings with CFT. * Communication channel with client. (Complaints, solutions). Client point of contact. * Customer Quality report weekly. * Approves product, process, and equipment qualifications. **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * BA/BS or equivalent work experience. * Experience in a similar position. * Must fluently English. * Advanced experience in manufacturing electronics or automotive. * Knowledge in statistical analysis & Statistical processes control. * Knowledge SMT & Backend (PCBA´s processes) * Box / Integration process. * Knowledge PPAP´s. * Knowledge NPI. * Problem solving methodology (8D, 5Why, Process mapping). * QCP / FMEA knowledge. * Advanced Excel. * Client communication experience. * Management people. **What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:** * Competitive Salary. * Life & Medical insurance. * Christmas Bonus. * Food Coupons * Saving Fund. * Life Insurance.
