You will obtain a broad perspective to UPM Adhesive Materials in an exciting and ambitious work environment.”_  -- Coco Ai, Quality Development Manager **What you will do** * Monitor and improve product quality process capability by mini tab tools through creating indicative products * Organize meeting for escalation case, control raw material and plans and laminate specs * Review and update quality specs and control plans based on customer and end user needs * Work closely with coating, finishing, continuous improvement team for process quality improvement and continuous improvement * Work closely with Sales to meet customer’s quality needs * Work closely with  Product Development, Research & Development to ensure quality and monitor supplier’s quality and proceed improvement * Follow up and report quality trend ( Raw material,  customer claim, waste ) * Ensure corrective actions for product quality related issues taken in place and fill in time **Who you are** * You have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as printing, packaging, chemical engineering or paper science * You have 2-3 years quality experiences in related field * You have English and Chinese language skills **This is what we offer for you** * **A meaningful job** – We have an inspiring purpose ‘We create a future beyond fossils.
