Quality Engineer - Gebze

We are now looking for a **“Quality Engineer "** to be a member of our Quality Department! **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or a related field. * 1-2  years of quality experience in a multinational company * Strong analytical skills * Advanced in MS-Office applications * Excellent command of both written and spoken English * Excellent communication skills, strong team player and proactive * Demonstrated flexibility to manage multiple tasks, solve problems and schedule work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment * Enthusiastic and exhibits a positive “can-do” attitude * Must reside in the Istanbul Anatolian Side or Izmit area * No military obligation for male candidates **Key Responsibilities:** * Support the team in the identification, data analysis and resolution of issues in New Product Introduction * Implement corrective/preventive actions for problem resolution and continuous improvement * Implement the required quality documents and procedures to support the ongoing manufacturing process * Represent the quality function as NPI technical support * Review all supplier, internal, and customer discrepancies, coordinate and track the effectiveness of corrective/proactive action efforts on NPI products * Provide insight and assistance of implementing and maintaining Process Improvement and Optimization concentrating on proactive methodologies. * Lead PFMEA activities on new products to eliminate or reduce risks to product quality * Participate in all NPIs reviews on all quality related workflows * Lead the deployment of Quality Engineering tools for the effective and efficient development, transfer, and maintenance of products throughout the product life cycle * Support QA team when required to meet site compliance. * Support review and approval of NPI related Analytical Test Method Transfers and/or validation * Support onsite internal and external audits as required
