Quality Engineer

We’re looking for a Quality Engineer who is passionate about continuous improvement and driving high-quality manufacturing processes. **What You’ll Do:** * Drive process and product quality improvements across manufacturing * Analyze quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions * Support and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) * Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Suppliers to meet customer requirements * Lead investigations into non-conformances, warranty trends, and customer complaints * Track and report quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives **What We’re Looking For:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering * 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment * Strong problem-solving skills (Lean, Kaizen, root cause analysis) * Experience with ISO 9001 or similar quality systems * Ability to work cross-functionally and lead improvement efforts * HVAC/R experience is a plus **Why Munters?** * Competitive pay + comprehensive benefits * 401(k) with company match * Generous PTO & flexible schedule * Career growth + tuition reimbursement * Collaborative, team-driven culture focused on innovation **Ready to make an impact?
