Job Summary ----------- **Job Summary:** To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Quality Manager located in Shenzhen. **What a typical day looks like:** * Responsible for early-stage quality planning and management of projects, ensuring that products meet relevant standards and customer requirements * Coordinate with the design, procurement, and production departments to drive the achievement of quality objectives * Participate in the development of quality control processes and supervise their implementation * Analyze quality issues, propose improvement measures, and follow up on the effectiveness of corrective actions. **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Quality Management, Engineering, or related fields * Strong communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills * Basic understanding of quality management systems; * Detail‑oriented, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. **What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:** * Social Insurance * Housing fund * PTO (Paid Time-off) Job Category ------------ Production Engineering Required Skills: Optional Skills: Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
