Quantity Surveyor -2

### Job Description – Quantity Surveyor II | Gurgaon * Bachelor’s degree in **Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management**, or a related discipline. * **5–10 years of relevant experience** in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, and Commercial Management, preferably within **buildings, infrastructure, or urban development projects**. * Prepare and review **quantity take-offs, BOQs, cost estimates, and Bills of Quantities** for civil and construction works. * Undertake **measurement and valuation of works** and review contractor submissions, interim payment applications, and final accounts. * Support **pre-contract and post-contract quantity surveying activities**. * Assist in preparation of **tender documentation, pricing schedules, cost plans, and bid evaluation**. * Monitor **project costs, budgets, variations, and cost forecasts** throughout the project lifecycle. * Review and assess **variations, claims, and additional works** in coordination with project and commercial teams. * Support **cost reporting, financial tracking, and commercial risk management**. * Coordinate with **design consultants, contractors, project managers, and client representatives** to resolve commercial and quantity-related issues. * Ensure quantity surveying deliverables are completed accurately and within agreed **project timelines and quality standards**. * Ability to interpret **engineering drawings, specifications, contracts, and technical documentation**. * Knowledge of **measurement standards, construction contracts, and relevant codes/practices**. * Proficiency in **MS Excel, AutoCAD, and relevant QS / cost management software**; experience with BIM-based quantity take-off tools is an advantage. * Strong **analytical, numerical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills**. * Experience working on **large-scale multidisciplinary projects** and within a consulting environment will be preferred. * Willingness to work from the **Gurgaon office** and collaborate with multidisciplinary and international project teams.
