Quantity Surveyor - Civil

**Project Quantity Surveyor – Civil (6–10 Years) | Bangalore** * 6–10 years of experience as a Project Quantity Surveyor in Civil projects. * Strong experience in post-contract administration and commercial management. * Manage contractor billing, payment certification, and variation orders. * Review and evaluate claims, change orders, and contractual correspondence. * Prepare cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and budget monitoring reports. * Conduct quantity verification and cost analysis for project works. * Coordinate with project, design, and client teams on commercial matters. * Sound knowledge of FIDIC/contract management principles and QS practices. * Strong technical understanding of Civil & MEP construction works. * Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. * Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and quantity surveying documentation. * Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or quantity surveying.
