R&D Analyst

Job Description --------------- Lead, execute, and coordinate business continuity projects for Hispanics markets within R&D Product and Packaging. Manage copackers on product, packaging, and process topics from the R&D perspective. Own complementary labeling guidelines for copackers and suppliers. 2 Key Accountabilities (Specify required outputs from the role): Activities Measurement Criteria % For business continuity projects: * Lead formula and packaging development, coordinating with Regulatory to ensure compliance. * Lead the PLM process and coordinate risk analysis and approvals with the interdisciplinary team. * Execute internal sensory evaluations, analyze data, and generate reports. * Approve theoretical nutrition facts for the copacker. * Approve trial reports for the copacker. * Approve formula, nutrition, and packaging specs in Agile. * Approve artworks in Atlas from R&D Product and Packaging. Sensory panel report 50 Coordinate R&D projects and manage copackers in South America on technical matters.
