**Job Description:**
This position reports to the Manuf. Network Manager. The position maintains close relations with the following:
* Manuf. Networking internal team
* Supply Planner (from market supply chain team)
* Operation Team Warehouse / Shift Manager / Process ENG and Packing ENG
* CVS Team PPI
* Commercial Team (SQA, Sourcing, Ops Buyer)
* Suppliers
* Stakeholders for Quality and Safety
* Stakeholders for projects related (ex. NPD, RA and so on)As a Mars Associate you have an obligation to:
**Provide for a Safe Workplace**
• All PPE must be worn in compliance with the Legal/RC requirements
• Enforce/Respect the safety rules and the internal policy
* Stop any equipment / operative works / external company works if safety/environment protection/fire protection rules are broken
**P&O**
• To attend any training program as scheduled by company management and train any designed person in the position
**QFS**
• Comply and apply the non-conformities procedure (DQM)
• Key person to connect between other functions and internal Supply Chain team to ensure smooth communication and action plan
**Detailed Responsibilities**
• Become expertee of mateiral planning to enable systems, process, operations in between suppliers and the site, handling different way of working of package material stock control including Just-in-time, vendor managment inventory, consignment and so on
• Master and accountable for material conversions in different business scenarios to minimize write-off cost collaborating with our customers and suppliers
• Ensure the planning is executionable at site shopfloor with tentable and efficient operation process, WI design considering quality and safety management of the supplier connection to site shopfloor
• Lead improvements to enable the E2E supply flexibility at rational cost and seek for synergy opportunities for multi vendors’ management and MOQ opportunities
• Monitor unusual inventory and write-off risk
