Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You'll Be Doing** * Safely operate ready-mix concrete trucks to deliver product to customer job sites * Perform pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle and equipment readiness * Load, transport, and discharge concrete in accordance with delivery specifications * Communicate effectively with dispatch, plant personnel, and customers * Maintain accurate delivery records and uphold safety and quality standards **What Are We Looking For** * Ability to safely operate commercial vehicles in varied driving and job-site conditions * Strong attention to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance * Capability to perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks * Effective communication skills and a customer-focused mindset * Dependability and flexibility to support operational needs and schedules **Conditions of Employment** * Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check * Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing **Work Environment** * Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level **What We Offer** * $26.79 per hour * $2,000 Sign-On Bonus paid out in two installments (6 months and 1 year) * Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental, Vision and Pension * Union paid vacation, sick leave and holidays Equal Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled
