Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.   **What You’ll Be Doing** * Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites. * Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment is in good operating condition. * Communicate professionally with customers and teammates to ensure efficient and accurate deliveries. * Maintain adherence to safety procedures and traffic regulations at all times. * Assist with routine truck cleaning and minor maintenance activities.   **What We Are Looking For** * Safe and responsible vehicle operation with strong attention to detail. * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Skill in navigating various job sites and adapting to changing conditions. * Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset. * Capability to perform physical tasks such as climbing, lifting, and working outdoors.   **Conditions of Employment** * Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. * Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.   **Work Environment** * Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.   **What We Offer** * $26.55 - $27.60 per hour * Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental, Vision and Pension * Union paid vacation, sick leave and holidays   **Equal Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled**
