Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.   **What You'll Be Doing** ------------------------ * Safely operate a Ready Mix Concrete truck to deliver and place construction materials at customer job sites. * Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete required documentation. * Load, transport, and unload materials efficiently while following all safety procedures. * Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members to coordinate deliveries. * Maintain equipment cleanliness and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.   **What Are We Looking For** --------------------------- * Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with the ability to operate a Ready Mix Truck safely and effectively. * Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and responsible equipment operation. * Ability to perform vehicle inspections, complete required paperwork, and follow operating procedures. * Effective communication and customer service skills in a team-oriented environment. * Capability to work independently, adapt to changing job site conditions, and manage delivery schedules.   **Conditions of Employment** ---------------------------- * Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. * Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.   **Work Environment** -------------------- * Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.   **What We Offer** ----------------- * $23-$33 per hour. * Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental, Vision and Pension. * Union paid vacation, sick leave and holidays.
