### Real Estate Litigation Attorney [Career Consulting Partners](https://himalayas.app/companies/career-consulting-partners) is working with a small, congenial Los Angeles-based business and real estate litigation firm that does things differently. We value our team’s lives outside of work. We are looking for an experienced Mid-to-Senior Level Litigator who wants to practice high-level law without the typical burnout. We are more than open to an experienced Business Civil Litigator. #### Responsibilities: * You will manage a diverse litigation file with minimal supervision, covering partnership disputes, construction, HOA, buyer/seller disputes, and land use. * From drafting and arguing motions to taking depositions and heading to trial, you’ll handle the full lifecycle of a case. #### Requirements: * Active member in good standing with the State Bar of California. * 5+ years of California litigation experience. * A decent amount of autonomy so you can function within civil litigation * Proven ability to handle discovery, mediations, and trial prep. * Comfortable using AI ethically and responsibly to enhance your practice. * Use AI to PRIME the walls, NOT to paint them. * Must have enough civil litigation experience ot know how to do that. #### Compensation & Benefits * Income Range: $125,000 - $175,000 (Commensurate with experience) * 1,000 - 1,200 billable hours annually (roughly 100 hours a month) * We are open to fewer hours for the right candidate, and there is always an option to work more for additional compensation. #### Location: * ### Los Angeles, CA * Fully Remote - Must reside in Southern California for occasional in-person appearances.
