Receiving and Shipping Coordinator

The Receiving and Shipping Coordinator is a versatile, cross-functional role responsible for the accurate and timely movement of merchandise throughout the organization. This position plays a key role in ensuring inventory accuracy, supporting operational efficiency, and maintaining clear communication between internal teams and store locations. **Key Responsibilities** * Receive incoming shipments and accurately document items within internal systems * Prepare and process customer orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness * Coordinate with shipping carriers and couriers to manage outgoing deliveries * Handle returns, special requests, and maintain proper documentation of completed work * Investigate and resolve shipment discrepancies, exceptions, and errors * Collaborate with and support other departments based on business needs **Qualifications** * 1+ year of shipping and receiving or related experience preferred * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel * Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities * Effective problem-solving and organizational skills * Excellent communication and customer service abilities * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team * Reliable, adaptable, and committed to meeting deadlines and fulfillment goals _Base pay, $21.00 - 22.00/hour.  Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications._ We have many opportunities available on our other career site pages.
