Recruitment Partner - Quality and Compliance

This is a position within Haldren and not with one of its clients. This fully remote position strengthens operational rhythm and client responsiveness across retained and contingent assignments, with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and follow-through. Key Responsibilities * Support offer processes, reference checking, and onboarding coordination as needed * Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation signals, and competitor mapping * Track progress and risks, escalating blockers early and proposing clear mitigation steps * Source, screen, and engage candidates using structured interviewing and market mapping * Partner with stakeholders to define role requirements, success outcomes, and assessment approach ### Requirements * Experience in recruitment delivery, sourcing, and structured screening * Working knowledge of market mapping and candidate engagement techniques * Ability to manage multiple requisitions or searches without compromising quality * Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional services environment * High attention to detail, with consistent follow-through on deadlines and stakeholder expectations * Comfort working with confidential information and applying sound judgement * Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with disciplined time management ### Benefits * Salary range: 300,000 - 440,000 * Remote work arrangement (South Africa) * Opportunities for professional growth * Flat management structure with direct access to decision-makers. * Open communication environment. * Full medical coverage.
