Regional Business Data Analyst

**Position Summary** **Role and Responsibilities** * Collect, analyse, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. * Develop and maintain SFDC dashboards to support business decision-making. * Create data visualizations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. * Conduct statistical analysis and modelling to forecast business outcomes and identify areas for improvement. * Develop and maintain relationships with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and priorities. * Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on the use of tools like SFDC and support them on a day to day. * Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and integrity. * Conduct data quality checks and audits to identify and resolve data issues. * Familiar with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini especially in the context of automation of reports and analytics. **Skills and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics, Statistic, Computer Science, Engineering or related field. * At least 4-6 years working experience in related field * Strong Analytical and problem-solving skill. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Salesforce (SFDC) is required, with the ability to effectively analyse data, generate insights, and support business decision-making. * Knowledge of business intelligence tools (Power pivot, Power Query, Power BI) is a plus. * Excellent command of English and presentation skill. * Ability to work under strict deadline and develop alternative solutions in compliance with relevant policies and must be very detail-oriented and process driven. \* Please visit [Samsung membership](https://account.samsung.com/membership/pp) to see Privacy Policy, which defaults according to your location.
