**MISSION**
In this role, you will:
**1\. Drive HSE compliance and risk management**
Support the implementation of Michelin's Health, Safety, and Environmental Management System by ensuring compliance with legal requirements, company standards, and best practices.
**2\. Provide technical expertise and operational support**
Lead risk assessments, provide HSE guidance for projects and operational changes, investigate incidents, and support audits to strengthen safety performance across the site.
**3\. Promote a strong safety culture**
Collaborate with leaders and employees to drive HSE initiatives, deliver training, share best practices, and foster continuous improvement in workplace safety.
**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
**Required**
* Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, or a related field
* Experience in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) within manufacturing, industrial, or multinational environments
* Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment, and safety management systems
* Experience implementing and driving HSE programs and continuous improvement initiatives
* Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Business proficiency in Thai and English
**Preferred**
* Experience supporting regional or multinational HSE initiatives
* Knowledge of ISO management systems (e.g., ISO 45001 and ISO 14001)
* Experience leading HSE projects, audits, or incident investigations
