### Career Opportunity ### Role Title Regional Sales Director ### Purpose of role The Regional Sales Director is responsible for building relationships and supporting sales to achieve agreed upon targets in their designated block of business within the MGA channel. ### Job Description ### Key Responsibilities * Manage a defined territory to generate sales and develop new business * Lead by actively prospecting for new sales, as well as establishing long lasting relationships and servicing existing clients * Promote products through presentations, seminars and other approaches * Provide superior service to ensure positive experiences at all times * Able to generate sales, make the right connections, build relationships, sell our solutions, and support implementation and ongoing services * Build and execute a sales plan to deliver expected results * Identify marketing and sales opportunities and best approaches to close sales * Develop and provide regular sales and product training seminars * Be the primary contact for escalated support for distributors * Other duties as required ### Key Qualifications * Thorough understanding of life insurance business and products * Skillful communicator and superior presentation skills * LLQP certification * High level of integrity * Effective interpersonal skills ### Salary Range: ### $80.000 - $100,000 The actual base salary for this position will depend on several factors, including job-related skills, experience, and education.
