At Accelleron, we foster diversity and inclusion, welcoming and celebrating individual differences as a source of strength.** **Job Description Summary:** * You are the regional representative for all technical aspects within your organization. * You are responsible for the technical know-how & expertise within your region, you support and consult service engineers, sales representatives, and customers equally, together with your network of Local Technical Advisors. * You provide high quality technical support for sales organizations not only locally, but regionally allocated LTA´s, you consult customers on performance topics, upgrade possibilities, technical challenges, you coordinate upgrade activities, turbocharger modification programs and field tests. * You conduct failure investigations, you settle commercial discussions with customers, you collect technical field feedback and suggest product improvements back to headquarter. * You ensure high level technical know-how in the service stations of your region by conducting technical training and support for local staff. * Reporting to AREA CAM Manager and Global Technical Manager **Your responsibilities:** * Technically assists Service Sales organization (coach sales representatives prior to meetings, create and conduct CACs, participate in important customer events/meetings). * Consult end customers and local representatives of engine builders on upgrade possibilities, system performance and new technical offerings. * Understand customers' needs and translate into suggestions for product improvements, give structured feedback to HQ. * Conduct failure and warranty investigations of turbochargers, aligned with HQ guidelines and other RTM's practices. * Autonomously lead standard failure investigations, including proposal for commercial warranty decisions. Timely release of investigation reports to customer. * Support & coordinate ongoing upgrade projects, turbocharger modification programs and field tests in allocated countries. * Full responsibility for management of regional technical network: selection/training/coaching of local technical advisors (LTAs). First contact for LTAs in the region. * Support service engineers, service coordinators, operators & service sales of allocated countries in technical queries (single point of contact for Technical Service Managers and service station in technical matters). * Exchange experiences with other RTM's regularly. **Your background:** * University degree in marine or mechanical engineering * 3 years practical working experience with turbochargers or reciprocating * engines * Experience with B2B customer contact * Advanced English level C1 (oral and written) and Spanish fluent * Good interpersonal communication skills * Coaching / managing skills * Proactiveness, willingness to excel * Solid technical background is compulsory (e.g. application know-how engine Turbocharger) * Customer orientation and ability to handle critical & challenging customer situations. * Willingness to travel (up to 40%) to allocated countries regularly, multicultural working environment. * Identifying suitable LTAs and coaching them from abroad. * Legally eligible to work in Dominican Republic / Ecuador **Your benefits** * Annual bonus * Health insurance * Life insurance * Other benefits in accordance with the company policy **We look forward to receiving your application.
