Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Company: Finni Health Job Type: Part-time Schedule: M-F 2-4pm, starting M/W/F (2-4pm or 3-5pm) then increasing to 5 days/week after 3 weeks Location: In-home – Escondido, California Pay: $25.00 per hour Are you passionate about helping individuals reach their full potential and ready to make a meaningful impact? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! This position involves working one-on-one with a young client (early intervention, ages 2-6) to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. About the Role As an RBT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment. Key Responsibilities - Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision - Collect and record accurate session data - Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals - Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families - Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities related to ABA and special education Qualifications - Active RBT Certification (required) - CPR Training (required) - Experience with early intervention (ages 2-6) preferred - Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required) What We Offer - Competitive pay: $25.00 per hour - Supervision toward BCBA/BCaBA certification - Career growth opportunities within a supportive organization - Ongoing training and supervision by experienced BCBAs Background Check All candidates must pass a background check.
