At The McAuley, we are seeking a dedicated **Nurse Manager** to oversee the daily nursing operations and ensure exceptional care for our residents. **What You’ll Do:**
* Lead by example, incorporating our **Mission, Vision, and Values** into every decision.
* Supervise and mentor nursing staff to maintain the highest standards of care.
* Create a warm and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and families.
* Ensure compliance with all **Federal, State, and local laws** while maintaining ethical practices.
* Manage resident care plans, assessments, and communicate effectively with physicians and families.
* Play a key role in staff recruitment, development, and scheduling to ensure optimal team performance.
* **Participate in call rotation**
**What We’re Looking For:**
* A **Registered Nurse** (RN) with an active license in the state of Connecticut.
* **2 years** of full time or full-time equivalent clinical experience in nursing, **1 of which shall be in a home health care agency or community health program that included care of the sick at home.**
* A compassionate leader with excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Proficiency with **Microsoft Office** and basic electronic health record (EHR) systems.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining a commitment to quality care.
