Job Requirements • Education ◦ Required: Graduate of an approved nursing program. • Experience ◦ Required: Minimum of six (6) months experience as registered professional nurse within the last three (3) years in a hospital, nursing home or home care setting. • Skills ◦ Ability to demonstrate good nursing judgment with minimal supervision. ◦ Ability to deal effectively and courteously with clients, families, coworkers, and physicians, and exhibit an empathetic attitude toward the sick and elderly. ◦ Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. • Licensure/Certification/Registration ◦ Required: MO RN License. ◦ Required: Successful completion of competency testing.Education: ▪ Required: Graduate of a state board accredited School of Nursing or NLN approved program Experience: ▪ Preferred: Previous nursing experience Skills: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team. • Carry out delegated tasks as directed by supervisors or with provider oversite. • Proficient Computer skills Licensure/Certification/Registration: ▪ Required: Current Registered Nurse License active in the state of Missouri
