Hours:  This full-time day shift position will work 12 hour shifts with rotating weekends and holidays.  **Key Responsibilities:** * The Inpatient RN is responsible for the coordination of nursing care, including direct patient care, patient/family education and transitions of care in a collaborative, family-centered environment.  * The RN supports professional nursing practice across practice settings and across the continuum of care to meet the needs of the patient and family.  * This position will provide leadership by acting as an informal and formal leader, preceptor and through quality improvement efforts.   **Required Qualifications:** * RN in state of practice * Basic Life Support (BLS) certification - American Heart Association **Preferred Qualifications:** * RN in state of practice * Basic Life Support (BLS) certification - American Heart Association The pay range for this position is $38.91 - $58.36. Compensation is determined based on years of relevant experience and departmental equity.
