**护士：** **Responsibilities** **工作职责** \- Work under the leadership of the head nurse. 1.在护士长领导下进行工作。 \- Implement the rules, regulations and technical operation procedures carefully and strictly. 2.认真严格执行各项规章制度及技术操作规程。 \- Use nursing procedures correctly and complete the nursing work timely. 3.正确运用护理程序，及时完成各项护理工作。 \- Have the right and obligation to supervise the work of health workers. 4.有督导卫生员工作的权利与义务。 \- Participate in the recue and nursing of critical patients. 5.参加危重病人的抢救及护理。 \- Take full control of the patient's situation, according to the professional and technical title evaluation requirements, complete nursing rounds, difficult nursing case discussion & business learning and technical training. 6.全面掌握病人的情况，按专业技术职称考评要求，完成护理查房、疑难护理病例讨论及业务学习和技术训练。 \- Participate in the discussion of nursing errors and accidents in the ward/center. 7.参加本病房/中心护理差错、事故的讨论。 \- Use and take care of the ward supplies and equipments carefully. 8.认真做好病房物资、器材的使用及保管工作。 According to the patient's needs, provide nursing consultation and health education for patients and their families. 9.根据病人需要，为病人及家属提供护理咨询和健康教育。 \- Complete other tasks assigned by the company. 10.完成公司安排的其他任务。 **Requirements** **岗位要求** **Education & Industry experience:** **学历以及行业工作经验要求：** \- College degree or above in medical school/college. 医学院校专科以上学历 \- At least 2 years working experience as a nurse ，possess nurse qualification certificate and certificate to practice, and changeable registration. 有二年以上护士工作经验，具备护士资格证和执业证书，并可变更注册 **Position Experience:** **职位工作经验要求：** \- Possess blood purification work permit or training certificate in comply with the requirements of the local Health and Family Planning Commission. 具有符合当地卫计委要求的血液净化上岗证或进修证 **Skills and Competency:** **技能及能力要求：** \- Be able to implement all rules, regulations and technical operation procedures accurately. 1.能准确执行各项规章制度及技术操作规程。 \- Be capable of undertaking nursing work in the hospital/dialysis center. 2.有能力承担医院/血透中心的护理工作。 \- Be competent in all shifts. Be able to use nursing procedures and complete the nursing work timely. 3.胜任各班次工作，能运用护理程序，及时完成各项护理工作。 \- Be capable of participating in the rescue and nursing of critical patients. 4.有能力参加危重病人的抢救及护理。 \- Be able to have learning experience when participating in the discussion of major surgery or new operation, difficult cases and death cases, nursing rounds, nursing consultation and nursing record discussion. 5.能在参加大手术或新开展手术、疑难病例、死亡病例的讨论、护理查房、护理会诊、护理病案讨论时，有学习体会。 \- Reach the number standard of night shifts or write 1 nursing case study as required. 6.夜班次数达标求或根据要求撰写护理个案分析一篇。 \- Passed the personal training plan. 7.个人培训计划考核合格。 \- Have an excellent learning ability. Partcipate in clinical teaching tasks gradually. Summarize nursing experience constantly and write nursing experience. 8\. 具备优秀的学习能力。逐渐参与临床教学任务。不断总结护理经验，写出护理体会。 \- Have a high sense of responsibility and service. 9.具备高度的责任心和服务意识。 \- Familiar with the application of office software such as word and excel. 10.熟悉word和excel等办公软件的应用。
