**Your Role** We are seeking passionate and dedicated **Registered Nurses and Registered Midwives** to join our talent pool for future opportunities. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you’ll deliver safe, compassionate, and high-quality clinical care, working collaboratively to achieve the best possible outcomes for our patients. **The Position** * Maintains and develops clinical skills in order to care for patients appropriate to level of competence. * Delivers a high standard of patient care utilizing appropriate resources cost effectively. * Adheres to and supports hospital policies, procedures and standards. * Acts as the patient’s advocate and facilitate the rights of individuals. * Provides patient education and acts as a resource where appropriate. * Prioritises workload using resources effectively. * Provides supervision to Enrolled Nurses, students and PCAs as required. * Attends relevant training sessions offered by SJGHC.
